Boys and Girls Track & Field Winter Conditioning will start on Monday, December 2nd, 2024 directly after school.
- Please meet at the annex to start workouts.
- Conditioning will be held every week on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays until the Spring seasons start date on January 20th, 2025.
